Their efforts bore fruit\u2014out of six job recommendations, KJ secured two interviews, both of which resulted in job offers. For KJ, securing a data-driven role felt like coming home. \u201cI\u2019ve been out of touch with data-driven roles for the last four to five years, and with this job, I\u2019m finally back doing what I love,\u201d he expressed. While this career switch meant returning to full-time work, KJ cherished the time he had spent with his family during his career break.
