The same is with John Michael Anico, an CLaaS2SaaS student. This is a story of hard resilience, growth, and unwavering determination to make a difference imbued in the spirit of CLaaS2SaaS and its mission to prepare students for skills that are crucial in the digital economy.\u00a0\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tFrom Cebu to the New Horizon<\/strong>\n\nAnico, John Michael, or JM, an early education student at the University of Cebu, has always dreamed of being part of the field of medicine like many students. Come his Grade 12 year, an opportunity had knocked\u2014one promising to teach practical skills in digital marketing through an CLaaS2SaaS seminar using innovative methodologies. It is in this light that JM reflects on his decision: “It was more practical. Here in the Philippines, we are very used to traditional learning. But CLaaS2SaaS offered something different.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tThe Leap of Faith <\/strong>\n\nThe move from a typical education system to an innovative, tech-driven curriculum was also a big leap for JM. Much of learning was online with the advent of the pandemic, so this had in a way primed him for the digital jump CLaaS2SaaS required. His motivation was sparked by a clear comparison between the traditional degrees and what could be obtained from CLaaS2SaaS. The hands-on approach it offered and direct applicability of such skills to the digital market were quite attractive.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tEmbracing the New Learning Paradigm<\/strong>\n\nBy the time, JM’s education had been deeply set in the traditional approach. The move to a more digital learning approach adopted due to the pandemic turned out to be the one that led him to accept the model presented by CLaaS2SaaS. He also found the real-world applications of the course material, particularly in digital marketing, to his liking. “What inspired me to join CLaaS2SaaS was comparing the degree I wanted with what CLaaS2SaaS had to offer. It was enticing,” JM shares.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The skills acquired have been nothing but beneficial. Training on platforms like HubSpot and Ads Manager prepared one for the challenges in real time. “One skill that made a significant impact on me is training on HubSpot and Ads Manager. It’s really significant for any company I’ll be at,” JM says.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

He strongly looks forward to embracing new challenge and sharpening his skill set. “I wish I had more skills and more experiences. Whatever life takes me in the digital marketing world, I’ll take that challenge,” he shares with optimism.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
