Last updated: 9 October 2026
CLaaS2SaaS Pte Ltd (Registration No. 199701723E) (“CLaaS2SaaS”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a member of the CLaaS2SaaS Group of Companies, is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 of Singapore (“PDPA”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect the personal data of visitors to our website, people who make enquiries or register for our events, and the representatives of our corporate clients and partners. It is available on our homepage and at every page where personally identifiable information is requested. Please direct all questions regarding this policy to Ms. Maryjane DC Regalado, Data Protection Officer, at mj@lithan.com.
Personal Data We Collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
- contact details, such as your name, email address, telephone number, organisation and job title;
- details of your enquiry, including the courses, programmes or services you are interested in, and your registrations for our events, workshops and webinars;
- your marketing preferences and records of your communications with us; and
- information collected automatically when you use our website (see “Cookies and Website Analytics” below).
Collection and Use of Information
We collect personal data that you provide to us directly, for example when you submit an enquiry or registration form on our website, or that your organisation provides on your behalf. If you choose not to provide the information we need, we may be unable to respond to your enquiry or registration.
We value your privacy. We do not rent or sell your personal data. When you submit your personal details and contact information, you give us explicit consent to call, email, or send SMS to you to confirm participation at the event, workshop and/or related activities you have registered for.
We will send you marketing messages about courses, programmes, events or services only where you have consented to receive them. Before sending marketing calls, SMS or messages to a Singapore telephone number, we will check the Do Not Call Registry unless you have given us clear and unambiguous consent to contact you on that number. If you ask us not to call you, we will add your number to our internal Do Not Call list within five (5) business days of receiving your request.
We use your personal data for the following purposes:
- responding to your enquiries and providing information about the courses, programmes, events and services you have asked about;
- registering you for, and managing, our events, workshops and webinars;
- referring your course enquiry to the related company that offers the programme, so that it can respond to you (see “Disclosure of Personal Data” below);
- with your consent, sending you marketing communications about courses, programmes, events and services offered by us and other companies in the CLaaS2SaaS Group;
- improving our website, services and communications, including through analytics and surveys;
- complying with legal and regulatory requirements; and
- any other purpose we notify you of when we collect your personal data.
Disclosure of Personal Data
We may disclose your personal data, for the purposes above, to:
- the related company that offers the course or programme you enquire about, so that it can respond to you: Lithan Academy Pte Ltd for programmes in Singapore, or Educlaas Private Limited for learners based outside Singapore. Each handles any application or enrolment under its own privacy policy. Lithan Academy’s Privacy Policy is available at https://www.lithan.com/privacy-policy/;
- other companies in the CLaaS2SaaS Group, for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy;
- our service providers described above, and our professional advisers and auditors; and
- any other party where required or permitted by law, including in response to a court order.
Cookies and Website Analytics
In the course of browsing our site, we may automatically collect certain information about you. This information may include the URL that you just came from (whether this URL is on our site or not), which URL you go to next (whether this URL is on our site or not), what browser you are using, and your IP address. We use cookies and similar technologies to operate our website, manage enquiry forms, understand how our website is used and measure the effectiveness of our communications. You can set your browser to refuse or delete cookies, although some parts of our website may then not work properly.
Withdrawal of Consent
At any time, while accessing our site, you may decline participation in any activity that asks for information (e.g. survey, email, or e-commerce). Your choice not to participate will in no way affect your ability to use any other feature on our website. You may opt out of our mailing list at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in our emails or by sending an email to info@lithan.com. Opting out of marketing will not stop us sending you messages you need about an enquiry or event you have registered for.
You may also withdraw your consent to our collection, use or disclosure of your personal data at any time by writing to our Data Protection Officer. We will give effect to your request within ten (10) working days and tell you the likely consequences of the withdrawal. Depending on the extent of the withdrawal, we may be unable to respond to your enquiry or provide the services you requested. Withdrawing consent does not affect our right to collect, use, disclose or retain personal data where this is permitted or required by law.
Transfer of Personal Data Outside Singapore
Some of our service providers and group companies are located, or store data, outside Singapore. Where we transfer personal data overseas, we take appropriate steps, such as contractual clauses, to ensure that the recipient is bound by legally enforceable obligations to protect it to a standard comparable to that under the PDPA.
Retention of Personal Data
We keep personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required for legal, regulatory or business purposes, in accordance with our internal Data Management Policy. When personal data is no longer needed, we securely dispose of it or anonymise it.
Security
CLaaS2SaaS has implemented several security features throughout the CLaaS2SaaS site to prevent the unauthorised release of or access to personal information. For instance, database information is kept separate from live servers and is firewall protected.
However, even though CLaaS2SaaS endeavours to create a secure and reliable site for you, the confidentiality of any communication or material transmitted to or from CLaaS2SaaS via the CLaaS2SaaS website or email cannot be guaranteed. Please take care when sending personal data to us by email, and contact our Data Protection Officer if you believe your personal data has been compromised. If a data breach occurs, we will assess it and notify the Personal Data Protection Commission and affected individuals where required by the PDPA.
External Web Sites
To the extent hyperlinks or banner advertisements incorporating hyperlinks are used to access third-party sites, you should be aware that these third-party websites are not controlled by CLaaS2SaaS and, therefore, are not subject to this Privacy Policy. You should check the privacy policies of those individual sites to see how your personal information will be used by the operators of those third-party websites.
Your Consent
By using our website or providing your personal data to us, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy and consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data as described in it. CLaaS2SaaS may modify this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we decide to change our Privacy Policy, we will post those changes on this page and update the “Last updated” date above. Where a change materially affects how we use your personal data, we will notify you and, where required, seek your consent. Your continued use of this site following the posting of changes to these terms will mean you accept these changes.
Access and Correction
You may ask us for access to the personal data we hold about you and for information about how it has been used or disclosed in the past year, and you may ask us to correct any error or omission in it. Please send your request to info@lithan.com or to our Data Protection Officer. We will respond within 30 days of receiving your request. If we are unable to provide access or make a correction, we will tell you why. We do not charge a fee for access or correction requests.
How to Contact Us
Should you have other questions, concerns or complaints about this Privacy Policy or how we handle your personal data, please send us an email at info@lithan.com and mj@lithan.com. You may also request a copy of our Do Not Call policy, which we will send to you by email within thirty (30) days.
