AI-Powered Learning for Tomorrow’s Professionals

Mr. Metta delivers his keynote virtually via Zoom during the Information Technology Conference 2026.
During the conference, students also attended a virtual keynote titled “Owning the AI Future: Your Guide to Building Your Career with Artificial Intelligence,” delivered remotely from Malaysia by Mr. Metta, CLaaS2SaaS’ Regional Lead for Southeast Asia. The session offered students a forward-looking perspective on how AI will shape future professions and career opportunities.
Speaking to student leaders, Metta emphasized that while the technology sector has already seen rapid transformation, the pace of change will continue to accelerate. He encouraged students to see themselves not as passive observers of an AI-driven future, but as active participants in shaping it. AI, he noted, does not replace human potential; it amplifies creativity, judgment, and vision, qualities he described as defining future leaders.
A central message of the keynote resonated strongly with attendees:

“AI isn’t here to replace you. It’s here to amplify what you can achieve. Your creativity, your judgment, your vision – that’s what directs the AI.”
A key highlight of CLaaS2SaaS’s participation was the introduction of Adaptive CLaaS® for AI-powered adaptive learning, a platform designed to help institutions understand how students develop competencies over time and how those capabilities align with evolving workforce expectations. The platform provides insights into learner progress that help educators guide students toward industry-relevant skills.
